Holiday Blend

Make your holiday season extra special with an award-winning, Canadian specialty coffee. We thought we perfected our Holiday Blend coffee last year, but holy smokes, this year's blend might be even better. We tested a BUNCH of different blends and when we tried a combination of beans from Colombia and Costa Rica, we knew we had something special.

The new varietal composition of this blend, combined with our always evolving roasting process really allowed us to knock this one out of the park. We teased out all the sweet chocolate-y goodness from the beans from Colombia and supplemented them with the bright, tongue-pleasing complexity of the Costa Rican beans. We get some nice chocolate notes and brown sugar sweetness up front, with a very clean finish. The flavour profile is rounded out with subtle warm spice notes (think gingerbread) and a hint of mellow citrus that reminds us of mandarin orange- how fitting!
