Greek Salad Mix

Simply add 1 Tbs mix to 4 Tbs olive oil & 3 Tbs lemon juice.

Just chop your vegetables (peppers, cucumber, red onion, olives) and add the prepared dressing.

Also excellent as a seasoning for baked Greek potatoes.
