Chocolate bar with Candy Apple

Inspired by the boreal forest, our white chocolate bar combines the freshness of apple with the warmth of candy cap mushrooms, a small wild mushroom harvested in Quebec, known for its natural maple aroma. From the very first bite, the apple offers an explosion of refreshing flavours. Then, as the chocolate melts, subtle notes of maple slowly emerge. A natural, soothing and almost nostalgic combination, a delicate nod to our northern terroir.
