Tikka Masala is exemplary of the great British-Indian dishes. Relatively unknown in India, it's commonly used with yogurt for marinating chicken, which can then be served in a Tikka Masala-based sauce of cream and tomatoes. It also makes great tandoori chicken. Arvinda’s Tikka Masala is great on all grilled meats.
