Description
Popcorn is a type of corn that explodes from the kernel and puffs up when heated. It is considered a healthier snack option, since it is 100% unprocessed whole grain. Other than its high fibre contents, popcorn is also a good source of iron and B Vitamins. This is grown from non-GMO corn.
