Absolutely! We offer a full service experience. Our food handlers practice good hygiene and our serving instruments don’t come in contact with customer-supplied containers, thus avoiding possible contamination.

Half of our products are certified organic and we have many gluten-free options.

We find this approach a lot more intuitive and easier for customers who order online. We provide an approximate equivalent in grams for each product.

If you purchased products in a paper bag we recommend you transfer them into a closed container to extend their shelf life (especially products that contain oils - such as nuts and sesame sticks).

We pre-fill liquid bulk items (such as soaps, shampoo, cleaners, etc...) in mason jars. The price of refills in jars includes a refundable deposit fee of $1.50. When you bring back the mason jar (clean & dry), we give you the deposit back.

We will sanitize & refill the jars over and over again.

We can only accept the jars we provide.

Yes! We sure refill Routine Deodorant. Please bring back your original Routine glass jar, empty, clean & dry.  We'll refill it on the spot.

You can get any scent refilled in your Routine jar! Sometimes it's nice to try something new!

Unfortunately not.  We are no longer selling our refill products by weight so we will fill up your jar to the top.  But you save money when you refill compared to buying the original jar so it is worth it!

Yes! We refill Nelson Naturals Toothpaste as well. Please bring back your clean original Nelson glass jar (regular size only, not the travel size).  We will refill it for you while you wait. 

Crush and Brush refills are not available at this time.

With the exception of Routine Deodorant and Nelson Naturals Toothpaste, we refill our own mason jars.

It's a safe and easy way to reuse containers and reduce the amount of single use plastic that ends up in the landfill and ocean.

We put a lot of thought behind this question.  Refilling is a central part of our business and values.  When COVID-19 hit we had to come up with a new way of refilling. We are happy with this refill model and so are our customers.  It's quicker and you can also order refills online. We will keep this system in place from now on.
