Orzo pasta is a type of pasta that looks like large grains. It is also known as risoni, Italian for “big rice”. Orzo is delicious with any kind of sauce, in hot soups, cold salads, or in casseroles.
Durum (wheat) semolina, niacin, folic acid, ferrous sulphate (iron), riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate.
Add pasta to boiling water. Do not cover the pan, as this will cause the water to foam and boil over. A few drops of oil added to the cooking water will help keep the pasta from sticking together. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and serve.
