Big Blue Moma is a Canadian artisan company. The inspiration and most of the raw materials for our handmade items come from the West African country of Ghana. We purchase our beads, fabrics and baskets directly from the country's artists and artisans and pay fair market prices.  We are a fair-trade company, of course, but we also believe in making conscious business choices, both in Ghana and Canada.
